We want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us on info@salaty.com

  • Free returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 7 business days of the delivery confirmation date.

  • We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed.

  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

  • You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

  • We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

  • We will provide you with special return instructions.

  • Discounted items, seasonal items, promotional items, limited edition pieces, and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
